Ryan came on board into regional ownership with 4 Pillars in 2010, and since, has had the opportunity to personally work with thousands of clients in their quest to get out of debt. What started out as a venture to work in an industry that performed well in the case of a recession, quickly moved into an all out passion and belief in the 4 Pillars model of client representation. “ Seeing as I have been on the side of debtor representation, instead of working to the general benefit of the creditors as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee is required to do, I in no way would ever be able to change teams now”, says Ryan. Ryan has assembled a team of people who genuinely care about their clients, and equally believe as he does, in the vital importance for debtors to obtain their own representation when navigating options to solve their debt.
Ryan is often heard saying “In the debt help industry, everyone is working for someone and everybody gets paid somehow. There is no such thing as a free lunch so do your homework when looking for debt solutions” Ryan was a panelist at The 2017 Annual Review of Insolvency Law, and enjoys presenting seminars on everything from consumer debt creation right through to how Canada’s Insolvency system is structured , therein highlighting the need for debtor representation. On the lighter side… well, there really is no lighter side. Ryan takes his work way too seriously, but at least his clients reap the benefits.
